The Mid-State RBERN provides technical support, professional development and resources to enhance the knowledge and competencies of educators, parents and community members for promoting the academic excellence of limited English proficient/English language learners (LEP/ELLs) in New York State schools. Our work is coordinated with the NYSED, Office of Bilingual Education and Foreign Language Studies (OBE-FLS) and is linked with the RBERN centers located throughout the state.
