Leadership Networks

Leaders in our BOCES (teacher leaders and administrators) meet periodically to hear the latest subject-specific news and regulatory advice, share and discuss common issues, and to further their own professional learning. There is no charge to attend these meetings; the cost is built in to component districts' 547 CoSer base fee. Leadership Network Descriptions:

ELA Leadership Network
This network of ELA leadership across the BOCES will serve as a conduit for information about ELA standards, assessment, and best practices. ELA leaders will work collaboratively to expand their own knowledge and expertise, and, in turn, provide leadership to their own schools.

Math Leadership Network
This group is designed for coordinators, directors, and administrators who have math responsibilities and/or supervision in their buildings or districts. The purpose of the Math Leadership Network is to promote communication and collaboration between districts, facilitate problem solving, and enhance math education in our region.

Science Leadership Network
This group is designed for coordinators, directors, and administrators who have science responsibilities and/or supervision in their buildings or districts. The purpose of the Science Leadership Network is to promote communication and collaboration between districts, facilitate problem solving, and enhance science education in our region.
