Directions for registering for a course/event, if your district uses the MyLearningPlan system, be sure to login in using your "User Name" and "Password". This assures the correct approval flow.
- Click here for MyLearningPlan sign in
- Scroll down to view "OCM BOCES Catalog"
- Click on the workshop of interest
- Click on orange "Click to Enroll" box
- Click "Update & Contine" box
- Follow any directions given to you at this point.
- You are done and the approval process is electronic
- YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE PROCESS IS COMPLETE.
Directions for all other users registering for a course/event:
- Click here to view and register
- Click on workshop of interest
- Click on orange "Click to Enroll" box
- Click on "I am a new user" if you are a new user
- or
- Click on "I'm a registered user", if you already have an MLP account.
- Update personal information
- Chose appropriate payment type
- Click confirmation box, they click on orange box "I Agree"
- Click on the green colored "Print Enrollment Form"
- Click on "Click here to view/print..." and print form.
- Follow your districts' procedures for registering for a conference/event and submit the printed Enrollment Form to your administrator for final approval and signatures
- You are not officially enrolled until OCM BOCES receives payment information AND the signed enrollment form. Send to the divison's fax number on right.
- YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE PROCESS IS COMPLETE.
Please Note: MyLearningPlan is a new registration process for OCM BOCES. If you do not receive a confirmation notice or have any questions at all, please contact the point person for the department to the right. If you click on the point person's name it is linked to their email.
