Application
Student/Parents/Guardians
Learner and Parent/Guardian need to complete the application.
Students are invited to apply through their school administrator or school counselor. Once applications are reviewed, all potential candidates and their guardians will have an intake meeting with staff from Seven Valleys New Tech Academy. Enrollment is limited.
If the student is selected to enroll in Seven Valleys, they will attend an orientation prior to the start of the school year.

- Secondary Transcript
- IEP
- 504 Plan
