Description:
Presented by the Library of Congress with Ithaca College, this workshop will focus on Teaching 21st Century Skills and US History Content through collective analysis of primary source documents.

- Thursday, March 7, 2013 – 8:30 AM-3:30 PM. Brown bag lunch.

Outcomes:
- Learn how to access U.S. Library of Congress media documents to integrate critical thinking and literacy skills into core curriculum.
- Examine theory and practice of critical thinking and media literacy.
- Resources & Strategies for document-based lesson design.
- Develop an individualized implementation plan

- No charge to attend. Registration through MLP is required.
