This program offers a special, limited-time opportunity to enroll in up to $300,000 of Supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance with no medical questions asked. 

Supplemental Life and AD&D can help keep you and your family covered in case an untimely death or accident impacts your income-earning ability. During this special enrollment period, medical evidence is not required up to the guaranteed issue amounts below:
  • For yourself: up to $300,000
  • For your spouse: up to $30,000
  • For your child(ren): $10,000
Additionally, if you enroll by September 30 and provide evidence of insurability (EOI) by answering a few medical questions, you and your spouse can elect up to the following amounts:
  • For yourself: increments of $20,000, to a maximum of 5x your annual salary or $500,000
  • For your spouse: increments of $10,000, to the lesser of 50% of your election or $250,000
