Automation - Report - Collection Analysis | Onondaga - Cortland

To DOWNLOAD any of the reports:
1. Right Click on a Report Title and Select "Save Target As"

2. Locate and Open folder where you save your customized reports (might have your schoolcode as name)

3. Save the report in there.

To RUN any of the reports:(does NOT save it to computer)

1. Click on a Report Title
2. Click OPEN at the "File Download" window

3. Report Tool will launch on your computer

4. Report template will come up so you can preview it or print it.

GENRE Reports
Circ. Stats by Holding (for selected Group and Prefix)
Circ. Stats by HOLDING (for selected Group and Call Number) - list all your fiction, etc. in a specific group, sorted & grouped by Prefix/Genre 852#k
Circ. Stats by Holding (for selected Group, Prefix and Call Number) - select your Group, Prefix/Genre, and Call Number (ex. Group=General Collection, Prefix/Genre=Adventures, CallNumber=Fic)

Circ. Stats by Bibliographic (for selected Group and Call Number) - list all your fiction, etc. in a specific group, sorted & grouped by Prefix/Genre 852#k
Circ. Stats by Bib, (for selected Group, Prefix and Call Number) - select your Group, Prefix/Genre, and Call Number (ex. Group=General Collection, Prefix/Genre=Adventures, CallNumber=Fic)
