The Mid-State Regional School Support Center (RSSC) supports Schools and  Districts In Need of Improvement located throughout the mid-state region of New York State. Our school improvement Teacher Trainers work within these identified districts with targeted K-12 support. School improvement teacher trainers are assigned to provide support in targeted buildings. That support may include, but is not limited to:
							Plan and Model best research based classroom practices
							Assist with school improvement plans
							Regional professional development opportunities throughout the school year such as:
							Literacy and Leadership Academies  Other Professional Development
							Follow-up for professional development workshops and academies
							Additional support determined by the specific needs of the individual targeted schools/districts.
