| Frantzcesca Tingue, BSN, RN earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Utica’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program. With more than two years of experience, she has worked in medical-surgical, orthopedic, home care, and wound care settings. Currently, she is a full-time clinical/lab instructor at OCM BOCES and works as a per diem alcohol and substance abuse nurse. |

She completed her vocational teacher education at SUNY Oswego. In addition, she holds a NYS Permanent Teaching Certificate in Licensed Practical Nursing and Business. |

| Christine Welker, RN, FNP earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Syracuse University and her master’s degree in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Le Moyne College in Syracuse. She has more than 40 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in diverse clinical settings, including acute care, family practice and case management. Her employers have included Fidelis Care, Crouse Hospital, and Arthritis Health Associates. She also worked as a nursing instructor in 1997 at Madison-Oneida BOCES. |
