The New York State Education Department Career and Technical Endorsement seal next to the OCM BOCES Career and Technical program titles indicates our programs have undergone a rigorous evaluation and approval process. Students who successfully complete a CTE course of study at OCM BOCES and pass the requisite CTE national assessment and satisfy testing requirements for a Regent's high school diploma will earn a NYSED technical seal that will be affixed to their high school diploma. This seal signifies one of the highest levels of achievement a New York State secondary student may obtain.
