January 2026
To Our OCM BOCES Community:
This year, OCM BOCES embarked on a new, three-year Strategic Plan that builds on our previous three-year document and continues to focus on our collective vision of empowering all learners. The new plan emphasizes three priorities and goals, all to be accomplished with a deliberate emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and clear, effective communication.
- People-Centric Excellence: Focus on workforce expansion, retention, staff recognition, and professional growth.
- Student Success & Innovation: Champion student readiness and success by enhancing accessibility and strategically implementing innovative educational frameworks.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively manage physical infrastructure and internal procedures to ensure equitable learning environments and enhanced organizational efficiency.
