All Snapshot images must be the following size:

To add "Snap Shot" photos:
Click on Images and Files, it is the blue icon above this editor window. You are allowed 10 images total. Images MUST BE named image1.jpg, image2.jpg, image3.jpg, etc until you reach 10. Images named incorrectly WILL NOT display on signage.
To add "Announcements":
Click on Advanced Options located in the top right of this editor window. A window will pop open above this text editor. Then choose Manage Announcements. From here, add and delete options. You have no limit to the number of announcements that will scroll through your signage. HOWEVER, each announcement displays for 10 seconds. Leaving old announcements will significantly increase the waiting time a visitor will have to wait to see any new updates. Because of this, please remember to DELETE old announcements.
To add "Videos":
Videos will need to be uploaded to Youtube, and the generated URL then emailed to cris moore. Please include in the email that the attached URL is for the OCM BOCES - Special Education Digital Signage.

Announcements
EarthComm Field Trip
All EarthComm students will be helping to plant trees at Schiller Park on Thursday, May 2nd from 9:30 AM until 12 PM! Students must wear sneakers and full length pants.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Teacher Appreciation Week is from 5/6 through 5/10. Think about some kind things that you could do for your facilitators that week!
Helping Hounds Trip
On Tuesday, May 7th, Mrs. Fitz will be bringing a van of students to Helping Hounds to volunteer. See Fitz for more info!
Honor Roll Celebration
On Wednesday, May 8th, all Merit, Honor, and High Honor Roll students from MP3 will be going to AMF Strike 'N Spare Bowling Alley from 12-1:30 to celebrate their accomplishments!
Student Clubs
We are having student clubs on Friday, May 10th!
Mets Education Day
On Wednesday, May 15th, Math of Games juniors will be going to the Mets baseball game from 11-2 PM. Please dress accordingly!
Prom
Prom will be held on Friday, May 17th at Arrowhead Lodge from 6-8 PM! If you plan on bringing a guest, you must fill out a form in the main office by no later than 5/13.
