Annual Professional Performance Review Plans are required by SED Regulation. In the spring of 2010, The Board of Regents and the State Legislature revised the requirement to include student achievement data. Format changes and levels of performance descriptions were also required. Draft regulations are due in April of 2011 for comment. Regents adoption is scheduled for June 2011 with July 2011 implementation.
