COSMETOLOGY

Ric Barber: 
A professional educator over 24 years.  Member N.Y.S. Curriculum Advisory Team.

Mickey Centrone:  A certified Adult Education instructor and holds a NYS Cosmetology license.  She has experience as a platform artist with Redkin and salon management, both in the corporate area and as a small business owner.

Cynthia Foran:  Holds a BS degree in Education from SUNY Oswego, attended Syracuse University for her Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a NYS Certified teacher.  She is a supervisor and examiner for the NYS Board of Licensing for Cosmetology.

Sheila Lapsley:  A NYS licensed Cosmetologist and has studied with Goldwell of New York, Nexus, L'Oreal, Schwarzkopf, and Framesi.  She is a certified NYS Board Examiner for Cosmetology.  She holds NYS Adult Education certification.

Diane Morton:  Has taught in CTE Cosmetology program for over 15 years and is a member of NYS Cosmetology Consortium.

HEALTH OCCUPATIONS

Nancy Chappell:  Graduated from PIMA Medical Institute and hold certification from the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) along with NYS Adult Education certification.  She is also a NYS licensed Dental Assistant.

Carol Corso:  Holds a BS in Applied Arts & Sciences with concentrations in Health Systems Administration.  She has 22 years experience in a hospital central service environment with 10 years experience as the Manager of the Central Service Department at a local hospital.

Kelly Czarnecki:  Holds a NYS RN license and an AAS in Nursing from Morrisville College.

Julie Labatos: 
Holds a NYS RN license and a BSN from Keuka College.

Kathy Lovier:  Holds an NYS RN license and is a graduate of St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing.  She obtained her NYSED permanent teaching certification in 2007.

Amanda Mills:  Holds a BA in law from Fredonia College.  She holds a CCMA, NYS Adult Education certification, and has been involved in the medical field since 2002.

Carrie Mocyk:  Pharmacy Technician Instructor.  Graduate of SUNY Oswego, Masters in Vocational - Career & Technical Education, over 8 years of retail pharmacy experience; Job Readiness/Skills Development, Supported Employment Certification; through education and job experience.  Carrie has the skills necessary to provide students with a learning environment that will best prepare the students for their new career as a Pharmacy Technician.

Sandy Murphy:  Holds an NYS RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing from Tompkins-Cortland Community College, and NYS Adult Education certification.

Treasure Signor:
  CCHA (Certified Clinical Health Aide - PCA, HHA CNA) Instructor.  Over 30 years of experience in the health care field and vocational health education.  Graduate of Auburn Memorial Hospital School of Nursing.  Over 10 years experience as an instructor in vocational health education.

Dulce Turner:  Holds a NYS RN license and an AAS in Nursing from Tompkins-Cortland Community College.

Carol Vigliotti:  Holds an NYS RN license, a BS in Nursing from Keuka College and a MS in Health Services Administration from The New School, N.Y., NY.  She completed her Vocational Teacher education in SUNY Oswego.

TRADES AND TECHNOLOGY

Larry Casey:  A graduate of Onondaga Community College with a degree in Business Administration.  He has 30 years experience working in the electronics and mechanical fields.  He is a certified proctor for BPI, and a certified EPA/HVAC technician.

Mike Gregory:  Has 20 plus years experience as a Ford, Lincoln/Mercury service technician, Certified Ford Senior Master Technician, ASE certified Master technician, Certified ASE Advanced engine performance.  Associates Degree in Computer Forensics, Served in U.S. Navy Reserves "Seabee" as Construction Mechanic First Class.

Harvey Goyette:  Has 36 years of experience HVAC industry and is an HVAC/R business owner since 1989.  He is NYS Adult Education certified and Michigan Adult and Secondary Education certified.

William Huber:  Has an Associates degree in Electronics from Teletronics, is a NYS certified Adult Education instructor, certified as an instructor/facilitator from Langevin Learning Centers, holds BPI instructor and proctor certification, and has over 25 years experience as a technical trainer with a national training center.

Steve Keep:  Has 24 years Industrial Maintenance including 6 years of field service and training engineering.  He is a U.S. Navy Silver Star recipient.

Judy Leonhart:  Holds a BS in Business Education from Ohio State University and NYS Adult Education certification.  She is a Microsoft User Specialist certified by Microsoft in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

Gordon McCaffer:  An AWS/ASME certified welder with over 30 years of experience in welding and fabrication.  He is a graduate of OCM BOCES and Onondaga Community College.

Joseph Miuccio:  Holds a Master's degree in Vocational Technical Education from SUNY Oswego and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Arts Education also from SUNY Oswego.  He holds industry certifications from the Building Performance Institute in Building Analyst, Envelope Professional, Heating Professional and RESNET.

John Sweeney:  A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond with a BA in English.  He completed a Masters degree in Secondary Education at SUNY Oswego, holds NYS Code Enforcement certification, and is a certified instructor through the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).

Susan Tweedale:  A graduate of the OCM BOCES Computer-Aided Design & Drafting class.  She holds a BS in Math and Secondary Education from SUNY Oswego along with NYS Adult Education certification.
