Prior to enrollment, students MUST have a letter
from the school last attended AND parental attendance is required
at orientation.

EXTERNAL HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
PROGRAM (EDP)
- The EDP allows you to demonstrate your high school level skills by
completing a series of take-home booklets.
- Apply your skills in the context of life and work situations.
- Diplomas are awarded through
your local New York State school district.
- Diploma acceptable for military, job training or college.
- Takes an average of 4-6 months to complete.
- Individualized, one-on-one program
- Flexible scheduling--Day & Evening
Information sessions held weekly.
- No final test
- Must be 21 or older
- Confidential
- Initial testing is required
- Open to Onondaga, Cortland, Madison and Oswego County residents.

HOME STUDY
Do you want your GED but are unable
to attend class? Prepare for the GED exam in your
own home. Materials will be sent to you through
your local library. Teachers will be available
by phone for academic assistance. Must be at least
21 years old to be eligible. For more

GED CONNECTION
A 39-lesson television course designed
to assist students who cannot attend class. With
the help of a telephone tutor and student workbooks,
you can study at home to earn your high school
equivalency diploma. Must be at least 21 years
old to be eligible.
