DENTAL ASSISTANT
This
program is approved by the New
York State Education Department for licensure and certification
purposes.
The hands-on course provides an excellent opportunity for persons with
an interest in the dental profession to begin a rewarding career. Students will receive training in
a well quipped dental classroom/lab. Coursework includes: Sciences in
Dentistry, Emergency Care, Infection Control, Preventive Dentistry,
Clinical Assisting and Procedures, Dental Radiology, and 200 hours of
clinical experience in a dental office.
Fee: $6,400
(includes tuition, books, supplies, uniform, test and license fees)

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalency; physical, and
Hepatitis immunization

Placement Option for Dental Assistants:
Many Central New York Dental Assistants have already
taken advantage of this program to meet the State licensure mandates.
