The Heart of Healing
Did you ever wonder: What are the real causes of illness? Is there a
difference between healing and curing? Are there better ways to enhance
my healing and health? If so, I invite you to a 3 session course that
will explore these issues and more. In these classes we will look at the
difference between healing and curing, real causes of illness, and how
thoughts, breath, emotions, and beliefs affect our health. Each session
will begin with a short presentation followed by a few minutes for
reflection. We will then do practices and exercises. Afterward, we will
share our thoughts and experiences. During the third class, participants
will be invited to bring names of individuals who have given their
permission and are in need of healing. We will form a circle and offer
prayers for the healing of these and all others in need. This healing
circle is not based on any religion. It is an inclusive path of the
heart, based in love and free of all dogma.
