Licensed Practical Nurse
Description:
This is an opportunity to join the nation's second
largest health care group in one of the most demanding
health occupations in the country. LPN's provide quality
care in a variety of health care settings. Students are
taught to assist with daily patient care, administer
injections and medications, assess and document patient
condition, and help educate and give emotional support
to patients. Prior to graduation, students will complete
a preceptorship at an area clinical site.
Anyone with a
high school diploma or equivalency diploma can apply.
Upon completion of our practical Nursing program,
graduates are eligible to sit for the required State
Licensing exam. A review for the NCLEX is included at
the end of the program.
