English As A Second Language FREE OF CHARGE:
If you know of a person who needs this service, please contact our office directly (either visit personally or call 607-758-1111). Our office staff can explain where the classes take place and get basic registration information. These students do not need to take the typical reading and math tests taken by others before entering classes.

and who are learning to speak English as a new language.
Regardless of their native languages, students learn to
speak, read, and write elementary English.
