Be sure to have your course information ready.

Pre-Registration for adult courses is necessary as minimum and maximum numbers of students must be strictly enforced. Courses are filled in the order in which registrations are received. Waiting lists are maintained, and these people are notified as vacancies occur or new sections are created. Course fees are subject to change if circumstances warrant.

Please Note: After you register by mail, you will be called only if the class in which you are attempting to enroll is full or cancelled.

AGE: Adult students must be 16 years of age or older.

Senior Citizen Discount: Adults 60 years or older are eligible for a 25% reduction in the course fee.

School closing: Unexpected closings will be announced on WKRT, OK100, and WXHC radio stations. Students will be notified of any schedule changes or cancellations affecting a single course when others are meeting.

Attendance: To qualify for a certificate of successful completion, a student must attend a minimum of 75% of the scheduled classes and complete all course requirements.

Supplies and Materials: Unless otherwise noted, supplies and materials are additional costs beyond the course fee. Students should come prepared to purchase their required materials or books on the first night of class. Check with the Adult Education Office to see if materials will be required for your course.

Minimum Class Size: Each class must have a minimum enrollment of students in order to run. Classes may be cancelled if that minimum is not reached.

Refunds:100% refunds will be granted only to those people who have courses cancelled by OCM BOCES.
