Automotive Technology
You can prepare for direct entry into automotive
mechanics/service/repair employment by completing this
800-hour course. Instruction includes preparation for
the National Automobile Technology Education Foundation
(NATEF) certification in four modules: brake systems;
electrical and electronic systems; engine performance
and suspension and steering. You will receive hands-on
instruction in a well-equipped shop and conclude with a
three-week internship at a local employer.
