PAIRINGS In this class we will prepare and taste a
seven course italian meal. Start with a shrimp
scampi appetizer, italian wedding soup, field
greens with sausage and potato, penne amaterican,
chicken bianco, steak milanaise and molten
chocolate cake with expresso whipped cream. The
meal will be paired with several different

This is the finale of the appetizer series.
Encompassing some of the most sumptuous
preparations yet. We end with petit beef
wellingtons topped with mushroom duxelle,
stuffed shrimp en croute with sauce supreme,
soft pretzels, fried mac and cheese with a
tomato onion compote, sweet marinated chicken
wings, roquefort grapes and carmelized bacon
wrapped bread sticks. After this you will be
ready for any upcoming event or celebration. As
