AN ITALIAN FEAST WITH WINE PAIRINGS
In this class we will prepare and taste a seven course italian meal. Start with a shrimp scampi appetizer, italian wedding soup, field greens with sausage and potato, penne amaterican, chicken bianco, steak milanaise and molten chocolate cake with expresso whipped cream. The meal will be paired with several different wines. You don't want to miss it. MUST BE 21 TO ATTEND THIS CLASS.

CHINESE CUISINE
No- not take out! Learn to create wonderful and authentic Chinese dishes in your own kitchen. Chinese food is a taste sensation enjoyed by many and a creative process that gives insight into the culture. Learn the basic techniques and become familiar with the ingredients in this both demonstration and hands-on class. Recipes will include Si chuan spicy chicken, Ma po tou fu, Chinese
vegetable salad, mini egg rolls, pork fried rice and Bok choy with black mushrooms. Reawaken your senses to a cuisine that sustains and inspires billions of people around the globe.

ENTERTAINING WITH APPETIZERS - THE GRAND EVENT
This is the finale of the appetizer series. Encompassing some of the most sumptuous preparations yet. We end with petit beef wellingtons topped with mushroom duxelle,
stuffed shrimp en croute with sauce supreme, soft pretzels, fried mac and cheese with a tomato onion compote, sweet marinated chicken wings, roquefort grapes and carmelized bacon wrapped bread sticks. After this you will be ready for any upcoming event or celebration. As always, the night ends with tasting and

The last class in the basic appetizer series has slightly more involved recipes. In this class we will make mini crab cakes with a malteaise aioli ham and asparagus puffs, fried buttermilk chicken wings with catalina sauce, beef stroganov skewers with fried noodles, scallops wrapped with bacon in horseradish sauce, focaccia rustica and mint
julip brownies. As in the previous classes, we will taste and discuss the nights work.

This series of classes is more difficult than the first. These recipes will impress any party-goer and have them asking for your recipe!!! In this class we will prepare clam fritters with garlic tarter sauce, coconut fried shrimp with citrus dipping sauce, Italian sliders wrapped in proscuitto and provolone, assorted canapes, grilled pork tenderloin with pineapple gastric and finally pots du crème. Come hungry and don't be late to the buffet table because these treats will disappear quickly as we talk about the preparations of the night!!!

ENTERTAINING WITH APPETIZERS - THE INTERNATIONAL BUFFET
Tonight we will prepare an international array of recipes from around the world. Shrimp and pork egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce, spanakopita, curried chicken served on cheddar scones, skewered shrimp on gingered peach chutney, hot artichoke and roaster pepper dip in phyllo cups and to end on a sweet note, fruit tartlettes. We then take the time to taste and talk about the recipes, everyone's favorite part of the night.
