Full Time Certificate Program Admissions Requirements 

  1. Attend an Open House. (Any Thursday at 1:00 pm) While at the Open House complete and submit an intake form.

  2. Academic Assessment. (Call 453-4672 for an appointment.) See "Academic Requirements" for minimum scores.

  3. Complete Program-Specific Requirements: *
    a.) Copy of High School Diploma or Equivalency or pass an approved Ability to Benefit Test.  ¹
    b.) Record of Physical Examination.
    c.) Proof of Immunizations.
    d.) Interview with the Program Instructor.

  4. Apply for financial aid. (See "Tuition Assistance" for approved sources.) A firm Tuition Commitment from an approved funding source must be in place before the start of training.

Free remedial academic classes are available to persons whose scores do not meet the minimum requirements.

It is the responsibility of each student to be certain that ALL aspects of their Financial Aid are in order PRIOR to the start of the program.

STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO A PROGRAM UNTIL ALL ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
